I finally got in on the dropping tide at Lancing for a very windy session to end the day. Clean lines, side shore, but swell too small to be a true classic. Good vert ramps though. 4.5m was good size, occasionally (often) overpowered and now with a 2 foot tear across the middle. Cheque book time again, my oldest piece of kit finally succumbed. yippee. Also nearly dislocated my right shoulder, so ended up hobbling off the pitch early.
